 On Deck
Guests enjoy very large rounded seating area similar to
that of a large picnic table area called a cockpit. This
area has comfortable cushions which blend into the molded cockpit
seating areas providing secure comfort all around.
The cockpit is well enclosed with coamings, stainless steel rail
systems and two-level lifelines.
This large cockpit is high off the water, providing safety
and good visibility on all sides. The central cockpit area houses a two
section fold up cockpit table making snacking, enjoying hor d'oeuvres and
dining outside in the cockpit very comfortable and entertaining.
Drink holders are also plentiful and disbursed throughout the cockpit area.
 The
deck area also provides lounging areas forward. Guests often
take advantage of Sol Mate's mast lounger seating area, a sitting
area just forward of the mast which provides comfortable seating
with a backrest.
Enjoy an excellent view from this vantage point and feel the yacht cut thru
the water.

Activities
The Sol Mate provides a wide variety of unique
experiences and destinations, including many
Island coves and harbors away from the city, streets,
traffic and commotion. Swimming and island exploration are always popular activities..
 The
easiest access for swimming in and out of the water is thru
Sol
Mates stern, which provides a recessed swim platform with
molded-in boarding seats. A swing down swim ladder further
eases entry to and from the water.
The stern step area also provides an outside hot/cold shower
for rinsing off salt water. The Sol Mate includes many water
toys, masks and snorkels.
Extended sails
can include Newport and other offshore islands such as
Block Island, the Vineyard and Nantucket.
Island exploration is a popular activity, guests can walk the beach, look for clams, starfish and other
marine animals.

There is something for everyone aboard the Sol
Mate
Accommodations
The Sol Mate offers the best stateroom layout for cruising
couples or families: The tri-cabin layout has the master suite
forward with easy entry centerline queen with adjacent head and
shower, and two double guest staterooms aft.
Sleeping accommodations are
ideal for 4-6 guests in three private cabins.
The master stateroom has a separate private
shower to starboard and separate private head to port.
A wall mounted LCD TV with a
DVD player in the main cabin as well in the master stateroom.
The galley features Corian
countertops, a 3 burner stove with oven and separate
refrigerator and freezer with easily accessed front swinging
doors.
There’s also a double stainless steel sink and
microwave oven.
Cabinet latches are flush-mounted push buttons,
and plenty of hidden spaces accessible for deep storage.
Two heads (bathrooms) :
1. A forward head with separate shower
2. A head/shower aft
Both the forward head and main
salon head feature push button electric quiet flush head systems.
With a 6.5 kw Generator The Sol
Mate can provide all the electrical power needed as well as Air
Conditioning and Heat.
One of Sol Mates best features is its main saloon, which boasts
6 feet, 6 inches of headroom. Thanks to a lot of skylights, deck
hatches and opening ports at eye level, the saloon is bright and
airy. The galley is divided from the main saloon by only a grab
rail providing easy access to this space for snacks and beverages.
The attractive teak and holly cabin sole runs the length of the
interior. With sculpted wooden treads and chrome rails, the
companionway access provides very easy access and sloped so gently
that it doesn’t demand ducking or any special agility. In
other word its just like walking down stairs at home and ample
seating around the U-shaped main dining table,
A Salon couch is built into the starboard side of the saloon.
An AM/FM/CD/Computer/ iPod
connect entertainment system with 19" wall mounted LCD TV
and DVD player is all easily accessed in the main salon.
The Sol Mate's audio system can
also be controlled from the helm as well.

provides three (3) Stainless Steel hand rails for security
and ease of movement forward, one aft and each side of the
dodger.
The full bimini is attached
to the Stainless steel arch providing shade from the sun and
protection from the weather.

Location: Just minutes from Providence in Warwick, Rhode Island - Narragansett Bay (
just 10 minutes from Providence or the Airport) with easy access to
Newport and all the coastal Islands.
Access: Boarding, Loading and Departure is provided from
the convenience of a slip (not a mooring)
Parking: Plenty of free
parking.
Courtesy: For our guests flying, we typically provide
courtesy transportation from the Providence airport.
